Returns Policy
Any item purchased through the online store are eligible for online or in-store credit or exchange as we do not offer refunds. Any item purchased in-store must be returned to the store. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an online or in-store credit or exchange.
Returns are only accepted if shipped with packing slip or receipt AND in original condition. Original condition means the item is returned as it was purchased, not worn or used, all tags and stickers attached, etc. Items not eligible for return include but not limited to Clearance or Discounted Item, Final Sales, Holiday and Seasonal Items, Gift Cards, Customized and Personalized Items, Hats, Hair Accessories and Swimsuits.
Items can be returned via mail or in store. If an item is incorrect due to our error, we will pay return shipping costs; otherwise, standard shipping costs apply. We will not replace items lost or damaged in the mail. Please consider using a tracking service or purchasing insurance when returning an item.
